ABOUT ISABEL UMALI
Isabel Umali is a Brooklyn based performer, dancer, and choreographer. She is currently a cast member of PunchDrunk’s production Sleep No More in NYC. She has formerly worked with LeeSaar the Company, Roy Assaf, The Francesca Harper Project, Navarra Novy-Williams, Marissa Brown/Lone King Projects, and FIDDLER ON THE ROOF TVC & Photo shoot for its first national tour. Her collaborations and choreography have been shown nationally and internationally. Isabel is delighted to guest with Gallim.
CLASS DESCRIPTION
The structure is very influenced from my years of Gaga, so its a guided improvisation. But I also include some principles from my biodynamic craniosacral therapy work that includes midline and energy sensation research as well as some PT exercises that I have found really beneficial to my overall health.
